Refund policy

All OfflineShirts products are made or fulfilled to order. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not provide refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit because:

You changed your mind.
You selected the wrong size, color, style, or quantity.
You failed to review the product description or size chart.
You entered incorrect shipping or customization information.
The item does not fit as expected.
Colors appear slightly different from your screen.
Print placement, color, or appearance has minor differences that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Customized Products

All customized and personalized products are final sale. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, wording, images, colors, sizes, and other customization details before placing an order.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Your message must include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
A clear photograph of the entire product
Close-up photographs showing the defect or incorrect printing
A photograph of the shipping label and packaging, if applicable

If we verify the issue, OfflineShirts will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the product unless we provide written instructions.

Claims resulting from customer-provided errors, ordinary wear, improper washing, accidental damage, or normal production variations are not considered defects.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail products back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded, and OfflineShirts is not responsible for returned merchandise sent without approval.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a cancellation, return, repair, replacement, or refund, OfflineShirts will comply with that law.
